Contest Details
Contest entry begins on November 27, 2011 and ends on December 31, 2011 at 11:59 PM. Voting will be open during the submission period and continue until January 14, 2012 at 11:59PM. All entries submitted will be posted on Mommyship.com for our readers and your friends to vote on.
Who May Enter
Anyone with an original photo containing and baby and something related to Christmas. Photographers must have permission from the parents of the baby to submit a contest entry. Similarly, parents must have permission from the photographer is the photo was taken by a professional. We will not require the proof to enter the contest, but we may request written proof before the final winners are selected.

Complete and Submit the Entry Form
- Email Address: The email address will NOT be share. It is only required to contact entrants for questions or if selected as a winner.

- Attach a photo:
When we receive your entry we will post it on Mommyship.com and enable the voting. Your photo will also be sent to Facebook and posted on our Fanpage wall.
Tell all your friends and family about the photo so they have an opportunity to vote for it.
Contest Rules
- Anyone with a Christmas related baby photo may enter
- Babies must be less than 1 year old at time of photo
- Photos must be your own work or you must have rights to use it.
- Parents of the baby must grant permission to use the image (if the photographer is not the parent)
- All entries must be submitted by December 31, 2011 at 11:59PM
- All votes must be entered by January 14, 2012 at 11:59PM
While we want to keep the rules clear and simple, as questions arise or if changes are necessary, we will update these rules.
Winning Photos
- The Grand Prize is First Choice of one (1) of the following items.
- Second Prize is Second Choice of one (1) of the following items.
- Third Prize is Third Choice of one (1) of the following items.
Prize choices include The Carol Bag from Gigi Hill Bags, The Katharine Bag from Gigi Hill Bags, a Free Canvas Print from MyPix2Canvas.com. (See the Prize page for more details and photos of each prize)
NOTE: Once a winner is notified they have 7 days to respond with their prize selection. If after 7 days there is no response, the price will go to the next highest rated entry.
The grand prize winner is the photo with the most votes, second prize has the second most votes and third prize has the third most votes. If there is a tie then a tie breaking vote that is similar to the regular contest voting, will be used to determine the winner of the tie. If necessary, the judges at Mommyship.com will make the final decision.
Your Rights
You maintain all rights to your photos, including full ownership if applicable. We will post your photographs on the Mommyship.com website to be used as part of the contest. .
If we are notified by a parent that they do not want the photograph of their child on the website or entered as part of the contest, then we will take reasonable steps to remove the photo from our website. Similarly, if a photographer requests that their personal work is removed we will take reasonable steps to remove the photo from our website. The photo(s) will be deleted and not eligible to win any part of the contest.
